The 2nd annual CWRU Chemistry Research Symposium was held on Tuesday, August 20, at 9 AM during New Student Orientation Week. This half-day, student led symposium celebrated our Ph.D. students’ ongoing research and allowed them the opportunity to present and take questions from their peers and faculty. After receiving double the amount of applications we received last year, we were pleased to showcase eight, amazing student researchers.
Two presenters were awarded the Judith and Leonard Andrews Graduate Student Award. Please join us in congratulating Second Place winner, Lexi Knight, and First Place winner, Aaditi Chopade!
