Dr. Shane Parker received the NSF CAREER award to develop computational methods to study photochemical reactions. The NSF considers the CAREER its most prestigious early career program that is awarded to faculty “who have the potential to serve as academic role models in research and education.” In this project, the Parker group will develop the resonating mean-field (ResMF) into a platform for simulating chemical reactions triggered by light.
Please join us in congratulating Dr. Parker on this award! Public information for the NSF CAREER award can be found on the NSF’s website.
